2020: TEXAS GLADIATORS (aka One Eye Force) is an Italian-made riff on THE ROAD WARRIOR is a lost treasure from the 1980's. Set in post-apocalypse rural Texas circa 2020, the action takes place against a background of redneck survivalists vs. fascist government remnants. The homesteaders only want to keep themselves free, but the evil, maurauding military skinheads only want to destroy the last free men -- the innocent homesteaders -- and secure the gasoline!

Non-stop action abounds, including kung fu, rampant violence, motorcycle stunts, military vehicles, etc. Joe Bob Briggs gave it a big "thumbs up" and it's a cult favorite for its campy approach. Still, like most of these flicks from the era, 2020: TEXAS GLADIATORS doesn't skimp on the thrills and thrills with women in skimpy outfits, particularly the lovely Sabrina Seggiani, herself an object of adoration both on and offscreen by her European fans.
